NERDC HOLDS SENSITIZATION WORKSHOP FOR PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN DELTA STATE.

The Nigerian education  research and development council (NERDC) organised a sensitsation workshop on the revised 9 year Basic education curriculum through the ministry of education delta state yesterday at  two venues Warri and Effurun comprising of eight local government each. THe state commmiissioner of Basic and Secondary education Mr Chied Ibeflagged the workshop open. Resource persons were drawn from the partiticipating local governments chief inspectors of education and from the NERDC itself. It emphasized a more interactive and evaluative approach to learning which was received with keen interest. The workshop was for private schools drawn from eight local governments.
